Q: Does Rene Bean Handmade offer returns, exchanges, or refunds?

A: Unfortunately, we do not. If you ever receive an item & there is any issues, please send us an email at renebeanhandmade.com. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response, Monday - Friday only.

Q: My package got lost in the mail, what now?

A: Rene Bean Handmade is not responsible for any packages lost by USPS. Once an order is dropped off at the post office, it is out of our control. Please reach out to your local postal office for further assistance.

Q: What is the current turn around time?

A: Rene Bean Handmade's standard current turn around time is 14 - 21 business days. The most current TAT will always be listed on the header at the top of our website. This means Monday through Friday, weekends & holidays excluded. It does not include shipping time. Please refer to the Rene Bean VIP Facebook group for any shop updates.
